The rules

Short sentences. One idea per sentence.
Plain words. If a hard word slips in anyway, we explain it right there, in the same breath.
Real examples instead of vague terms. Concrete, not abstract.
Never hyped, never condescending. We write for a smart adult who just isn't a tech specialist.
