What is Privacy and AI?

Privacy and AI is about the fact that what you type into an AI tool does not always stay private, and is sometimes used to train the model.

What you type into a free AI tool goes to the company behind it. With some tools that input can be used to train the model further. Your text is then no longer only with you. For a joke that does not matter, but for a client file or a business secret it does.

What this means for you

Treat a free AI tool like an open room. Put nothing in it that should not go public, and for sensitive work use a tool that shields your data.
