What is Translating with AI?

Translating with AI is having text converted from one language to another, often more fluently and faster than before.

AI translations have improved a lot in recent years. You can have an email, manual or website translated in seconds, in smooth-flowing language. Still, take care with jargon, legal texts and a feel for tone. A human who knows the language is still needed where it really counts.

What this means for you

For a quick impression or an internal email it is fine. For anything going public or that matters legally, have it checked by someone fluent in the language.

Put precisely

The translation reads smoothly even when something is wrong. That makes you less likely to spot a mistake than with a clunky translation.

Common misconception

That fluent means correct.
