How your team keeps building AI literacy, week after week

A clear edition on AI every week, tuned to everyone's field. Plus a Learning curve, so your team doesn't just keep up but learns to put it to use.

  • An edition per field, every week
  • In English and in Dutch
  • You start with a trial month

AI news is noise. Every week we turn it into one clear line.

Why this matters now

Since February 2025, organisations that use AI have to take measures. Those measures must help their employees become AI literate. That's written into the AI Act, Article 4.

Employers don't have to guarantee a set level. That doesn't make the law less important. AI changes every week. A course from last year is already out of date. Keeping up isn't a one-off moment. It's a habit.

Continuous

Not a one-day training, but a step every week

A one-day training is forgotten a month later. AI changes faster than that. So your team doesn't get a course, it gets a rhythm.

How it works for a team
  1. 1You sign your team up and choose the number of seats.
  2. 2You manage the editions, the starting level, the language and a short job profile per seat. Your colleagues then refine their own profile themselves.
  3. 3Every week the edition lands in the inbox. The Learning curve is always there.
Clear

In plain language, tuned to everyone's field

Someone in healthcare reads different examples than someone in the finance department. No jargon, no hype. There's an edition for finance, healthcare, HR, marketing, legal, education and many more fields.

Reading this in English? The edition is published in English and in Dutch. You pick the language per colleague, and they can always change it themselves.

New AI model scores better in tests thanks to extra practice examples, and because it reads your own documents first.

New foundation model achieves higher benchmark scores thanks to fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation.

Provable

You see that your team takes part, not what anyone reads

Alongside the editions there's a Learning curve: short lessons that teach you to actually put AI to use. Everyone's progress is tracked.

From the Learning curve

One conversation is one workspace

A conversation with an AI is one workspace. Everything in it counts: your first question, the text you pasted, every answer. That space has a hard limit. When it fills up, the beginning drops out. The answers get worse, but you get no warning. Anthropic, one of the makers, calls this "context rot" itself. Research from 2025 showed that every model tested performed on average 39 percent worse in a long conversation than on a single question. That is not a gradual decline you notice easily. It happens quietly. There is a second mechanism too. When you hit your daily limit, the tool sometimes switches to a smaller, faster model. That model is not in the menu, so you do not see the switch. You think you are working with the same model, but you no longer are.

Do this: Start a new conversation per job, not per day. Moving from writing up minutes to comparing suppliers? New conversation. Otherwise details from one piece keep reading along in the next. Notice the tool forgetting agreements you made earlier in the same conversation? Then the workspace is full.

This is a real lesson, not an example written for this page. It was written during the send of edition 202636 on 1 September 2026, for the ‘diepgaand’ level, and translated here. The examples in a lesson follow the reader’s own field, so your team gets them in their own words.

Continuous insights for employer and employee

You see how many colleagues take part and how far along they are, per team. You never see what someone personally reads or writes. For teams with fewer than three active participants we leave the progress out, because otherwise it traces back to one person. Your colleagues see the same standings, with their own row in them.

The stand

The same list the participants see themselves. Points come mostly from the monthly Eight questions; the full count is in the small print under the table. Whoever does not take part appears nowhere.

The standings are a conversation starter, not an assessment tool. Whoever is low is not lazy; whoever is high is the in-house go-to person.
