Can you trust AI? Check it first, then use it
Sample lesson from the Office management Learning curve, "Read it first, then send it".
Because AI can make mistakes that look real, you stay the final check. Treat every answer as a first draft from an intern: useful, but never straight out the door. Read emails again for tone and facts, check names and amounts, and go through a report before it goes round. Your name is on that office communication, not the tool's.
Agree one rule with yourself: nothing from AI goes to colleagues, suppliers or clients until you have read it through yourself first.
This lesson appears in the newsletter at three levels, Starter, Practical and In-depth. Same explanation, more or less detail; switching is free.
