For you that is no small detail: in 2025 the Rotterdam District Court found that a lawyer's court filing cited rulings that were wrong, and some ECLI numbers did not even exist. Feel free to let AI draft the text, but check every reference and every quote against the source yourself. You stay responsible in the end: a made-up source carries your signature, not the AI's.
