Copilot now summarises images too, and colleagues can share their own helpers
Microsoft 365 Copilot got a few handy updates this summer that touch your coordinating work.
From now on, Copilot shows images from files and meetings straight in the answer. That helps you grasp a long document faster, without switching between apps. Also new: colleagues can submit self-built AI helpers ('agents') to a central Agent Store. Once the IT admin approves them, everyone can use them. And in Copilot Studio, an AI workflow can now pause to ask a person for approval via Outlook, after which it carries on by itself.
Background for subscribersDo you work for several managers and want to keep everything consistent? Then the Agent Store is your chance. Build one tidy helper for a recurring task (for example a fixed invitation or meeting setup) and have it shared via the IT admin. That way colleagues use the same approved method and you catch fewer stray mistakes. Note: sharing always goes through your admin, so check it with them first.
Copilot now shows images straight in the answer
In the late July update, Microsoft 365 Copilot shows relevant images from files and meetings straight in the answer, not just as text anymore. That helps you grasp a tricky document faster without jumping between apps. The feature works on Windows and web and follows the existing security standards of Microsoft 365.
