PowerPoint gets Copilot help for customer reviews

Microsoft is adding a new Copilot skill to PowerPoint. It is called 'Prepare customer review deck'. It helps with presentations for recurring customer reviews, also called QBRs. You get a draft of the presentation.

The rollout starts in late October 2026 and finishes in early November 2026. The skill will come to PowerPoint for Windows, Mac and the web. It is meant for people who can already use Copilot in PowerPoint. Admins do not need to do anything.

If you work in sales or with customers, you can create a first draft of a customer review faster. The draft follows fixed topics: goals, results, usage, risks, agreements and next steps. This keeps the conversation with the customer on the same line every time. If you have Copilot in PowerPoint, the feature will appear automatically. Microsoft recommends telling sales and customer teams in advance that the feature is coming.

If you have Copilot in PowerPoint, the feature will appear automatically at the end of October or the beginning of November 2026, on Windows, Mac and the web. This way you can run every customer meeting along the same lines.

HubSpot: connect Claude to your CRM

HubSpot explains how sales reps can connect Claude to their CRM, using a connector from HubSpot itself. Claude then looks at the customer data itself. You no longer have to paste contact details, notes and conversation history into Claude. The guide names four tasks: prospect research, emails and follow-up, call preparation and pipeline reviews. According to HubSpot, answers without CRM context are often generic. With that context, Claude takes earlier conversations and objections into account. For emails: say what the email should achieve and ask only for the data that matters. Also tell Claude not to invent anything that is not in the CRM. Each user sees only the data they need. It also works with ChatGPT, but a Super Admin must first approve the connector. You decide which lead matters.
