Canva AI 2.0: from design tool to talking creative colleague
One instruction, and several Canva tools get to work at the same time for your whole campaign.
Canva is rolling out Canva AI 2.0 widely in late June and early July 2026. You no longer type separately into each tool. Instead, you give one instruction. It can then create presentations, social posts and videos in your house style straight away. New features include links with Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Zoom and HubSpot, a memory that remembers your brand style, and web search. Canva is also giving away the pro tools Cavalry (animation) and Affinity (similar to Photoshop and InDesign) free to all users.
Background for subscribersWith Canva AI 2.0 you can turn one instruction into a presentation, social posts and a video in your house style in a short time. That saves you polishing everything by hand per channel. The link with Gmail and Google Drive pulls in your own material directly. Treat the result as a strong first draft: check whether the tone really sounds like you before you post it, because the memory guards the style, not the brand message.
NotebookLM now also makes charts, spreadsheets and presentations
Google is upgrading NotebookLM with better reasoning and the ability to make charts, spreadsheets and presentations. The tool organises loose ideas and brings web sources together in one clear research space. NotebookLM is free to use worldwide, with a limit.
